Interesting: Fox viewers chose Hannity over Bush himself with Larry King
NYT/Reuters:

"Larry King's interview with President Bush and first lady Laura Bush came close but didn't quite beat Fox News Channel's 9 p.m. champ, 'Hannity & Colmes.'

'Larry King Live' averaged 1.48 million viewers Thursday, including 370,000 in the adults 25-54 demographic, according to data released Friday by Nielsen Media Research. But it wasn't enough in either measure to beat 'Hannity & Colmes,' which averaged 1.54 million viewers including 416,000 in the demo."

So is it Bush himself the wingnuts are enamored with -- or the idealized version of him presented by Hannity, Rush, etc.?

4. Maybe viewers were tuning in to Wes Clark?
Hannity had on Wes Clark who spoke very convincingly about what Dummy should do about the North Korea situation. Wes is so smart...much better t.v. viewing than Dufus-In-Chief.

8. Yeah, but FOX viewers are idiots. That's their demographic.
The CORE demo. Kool Aid intravenous while slouched in the Barkalounger.

(I worked for FOX, sorry to say, I know where from where I speak.)
