Heavy Charges against the Five Soldiers from Mahmoudiyah
It looks like they are going to face derliction of duty, house breaking, alleged rape, rape, arson, murder, obstruction of justice and "the other offenses" according to a military spokesman in Baghdad. I personally don't believe in the death penalty, but in this case, if they get it, it wouldn't bother me a bit.

1. They're war criminals.
Especially if it's true that they planned the whole thing. I thought they were doing a raid or a house search and fell in love with the daughter. But it turns out that it was just as planned as the massacre at Haditha.
