they are under seal. Once they become public then they can fill us in.

Over 40 lawsuits.

He and Bobby have assembled the best lawyers available for this task.

He hopes the U.S. Attorney turns them down, and decides not to try the case.

Mike says he is more than capable of leading the case. He was on the team of lawyers that won that quarter of a trillion settlement from big tobacco.

the reason he wants to personally try to case is because it would give him great pleasure to get into Wally ODell and Ken Blackwell's face and ask them questions no one else will. He would take so much pleasure out of questioning them on the stand.
