GOP Phone Jamming Company Still Alive and Well
from SenateMajority's blog:

At the December 2005 trial of James Tobin, phone jamming co-conspirator Allen Raymond testified that his firm, GOP Marketplace, went out of business in 2003.

But did GOP Marketplace really go out of business?

After being implicated in two election crimes, and serving time in prison for one, was Allen Raymond forced to abandon his career as a teleservices broker for Republican campaigns?

Not exactly.

If by go out of business you mean close down GOP Marketplace, and reopen a seemingly identical operation under a different name ...

Allen Raymond's current firm, Telus Communications, is GOP Marketplace's identical twin.

GOP Marketplace & Telus are so similar, even Allen Raymond can't keep them straight

Raymond now heads up Telus Communications, LLC. According to Telus' web site, the company "brokers outbound teleservices" for "government" and "political clientele".

4. The company is a supplier of robo calling
How they jammed the Democratic party phones is that they set their robo caller to call the Dem phones with hundreds of continuous calls so that regular calls could not come in.

6. That seems as of some brain could just make it back fire
Must be some way to do that but I of course know the phone is really magic and I hated science in college. I am still sure their is a little man inside this thing trying to make me crazy. But it really does seem if you can get the phone to call in over and over you can get something that ties up the thing doing it.

5. Two words: Civil Suits
Find a few people to take every dime they've got. Or at least tie them up with lawyers, paperwork and court apperances.
