handle what they know.

My family comes from Central America.

They fake elections there all the time. Mostly, because the US needs control so that the corporate entities can continue to control the resources.

This is no secret. :shrug:

What is new here is that BushCo is now treating all Americans as if we were citizens of Nicaragua.

It always comes home.

It's come home.

All that practice manipulating foreign elections has come home. To California, to Pennsylvania, to Colorado and Georgia and New Mexico.

Today, we have a window, a choice. We can notice that our elections are being staged or we can surrender to the staging.

That's the choice.

He's a goldmine of laughs once he's off his old familiar turf. He's publicly thrust into groupings of professionals trained in diplomacy and he just doesn't measure up.

In other civilized countries, there's no way any bozo from the boonies can be elected. They're all schooled in diplomacy. They know how to talk, debate, speak several languages, and are gracious and have good table manners.

27. I have learned over the past 5 and a half years
that I have a very bad imagination....because on Dec 9th when Extreme Court Judge Scalia stayed the vote count I knew it was over and the freak would be pResident....and so I imagine how bad it might be... I didn't even come close in my imaginings.....

28. I have an excellent imagination, and even I couldn't have come up with
the unbelievable crap this bunch has pulled. 6 years ago, a person writing a work of fiction about this administration and the bozos in it would never have been published--it would have been deemed too unbelievable, too unrealistic to ever be possible. . .
