With One Stroke of His Pen"
Posted by Tracy Russo on July 19, 2006 at 02:25 PM

Simply put:

"With one stroke of his pen, President Bush has once again denied hope to millions of Americans and their families who suffer from Diabetes, spinal cord injuries and Alzheimer's. Republicans in Congress must now show their commitment to hope and sound science by overriding the President's veto of this critical, life-saving, bi-partisan bill. Democrats are committed to providing millions of Americans with the hope of new cures and treatments that stem cell research offers." - Governor Howard Dean

2. I saw him on TV bragging....I felt ill.
He only looks and speaks well when he is hurting people. He sounded like a first class asshole.

3. I'm thinking the same uncivilized and evil thoughts...
and I think that's why some of the asshats voted for it. They're scared that they are going to end up like Saint Ronny did, drooling all over themselves and pooping their own drawers.

4. Ronald Ray-Gun is probably alive and well, putting wreaths on Nazi graves
That whole alzheimer's thing was just his way of getting out of Iran-Contra.

6. Uncivilized and evil?
You'd have to be a saint not to wish to see the shrub suffer the consequences of his actions. Just once. It would be wonderful.

Compassionat conservative my ass.

5. I was thinking the same thing
Let HIM suffer from a wasting disease or watch a loved one slowly and agonizingly perish from one, and see how he feels then.

10. Yes.
I have nothing but contempt for him and his smirk. I can not believe he is our president.
