Poll question: Are You Like A Crack Addict For Political News?

I know I can't get enough.

I'd call myself a full-time, hardcore, over the top political junky. An "11"

How about you? On a scale of 1 to 10 (one being a person of mild interest and ten being a hardcore junky) how bad is your political news addition?

i spoke with randy rhodes last night and we agreed that we have both become much more tuned-in the last few years. neither of us paid that much attention to politics before shrub and the conservative takeover of our gummint. i told her i used to listen to only music stations but now i listen to rachel during the morning drive to work and randy on my way home. of course, before aar, there really was nothing worth listening to on the talk radio dial.

but I always have quite a bit else going on in my life (Aug 5th Warhammer 40k tournament... I still need to finish painting my army... crap...) (daily kendo and tai chi) (work... crap) (my to-read list) (character sketches) (emailing my family)

it never ends!

4. It's bad. I'm trying to kick the habit, to mentally disengage from news.

I mean, most of it I can't do anything about.

But I'm SO mad about everything, and the different ways the news can be interpreted, spun, and discussed is just endlessly fascinating.

5. I have too stay away from it or I dwell on it completely

P news is just like eatting chips. I can't stop one. That's why am so angry and stressed out this week. Hell am still so white hot at the chimp that I have slept for 32 hours now.
