Security experts: U.S. Jews must shatter their illusion of safety

Up until Friday, American Jewish communities did not believe it was necessary to invest in safeguarding Jewish sites; the protection from the federal government and local police seemed sufficient. Now, security experts are hoping the attack at the Jewish Federation building in Seattle, Washington will shatter that belief.

Ironically, the Seattle offices are among the few with a security system. Most Jewish Federation buildings in the United States have no security whatsoever, and anyone can enter.

"The Jews in the U.S. are not used to thinking in terms of security," the Jewish Agency representative in Seattle, Robert Sokolov, said on Saturday. "I hope now people will wake up, and then maybe we'll be able to prevent such tragedies from recurring in the future."

In conversations with Haaretz two days before the attack, officials who work to safeguard Jewish facilities around the world expressed frustrations at the complacency of American Jews and warned that Jewish facilities in the U.S. were more vulnerable to terror attacks than those in any other country.

As to that site I could not find a kill all muslims statement of that site.

Just a handful of kooks, and their leaders are barely literate in their native language of English.

And they're the equivalent of our own Couchwaffen GOP-- they sit safely, far away from the fighting, and cheerlead the bloodshed.

I haven't been to that shithole in months, but one of the frequent posters wrote a book advocating killing all the Muslims and destroying the Mosque standing where the Jewish Holy Temple once stood.
