Mel Gibson: The Mug Shot
JULY 31--Here's the mug shot of Mel Gibson taken last Friday following the Hollywood star's drunk driving bust. Considering some of the booking photos previously snapped by Los Angeles sheriff's deputies, the 50-year-old actor looks downright dapper. The L.A. district attorney today began reviewing the sheriff's file on the July 28 Malibu incident and is expected to decide shortly on whether to charge the slur-spewing Gibson.

This has been posted at least five times! Doeas anyone read before they post? On this very page there are five and it is right in the lbn sidebar twice at a galnce.Sheesh.

4. The Mug was being witheld...it has been released, that's the story...
...not the DUI arrest, oir the rehab... or anything else other than the Mug being released... I did do a search of postings and found that the mug was not poosted yet.

7. Mel Gibson is a public figure
He broke the law (driving while drunk, endangering public safety) and made racist statements so he’s fair game. Look, he chose to make his life public and profit from his persona, he chose to get behind the wheel while intoxicated, he chose to make the racist comments etc..

against Jews. Mel has a history of shooting his bigoted mouth off even when he's stone-cold sober. Yeah, I can be the better man, take the high road and wish him well on his quest to conquer substance abuse. But I still think he's a homophobic, anti-Semitic, pompous asshole. Not to mention he put the "mel" in hard-core Catholic Christi-fascism. He and his father, a proud Holocaust denier, make Opus Dei look like after-school catechism class.
