The last OBL related tape was months ago, now all of a sudden when it seems shrubs and his merry band of rob from the poor give to the rich are faced with certain trouble, OBL comes out with a new tape. Why is it that OBL only sends out messages when GW is failing and about to be busted back to shoveling pig dung?
