Neither side happy with resolution

Israel says they will ignore any UN resolution that does not gurantee the disarming of Hezbollah and a demand that the kidnapped soldiers be returned.

Hezbollah and Lebanon also says that the resolution would be "unacceptable."

So if neither side accepts this...I guess we are back to square one again.
