Can't wait to see them They'll be posted here when they're released:

http://www.brazosriver.com/

"My bet is that DeLay will withdraw from the ballot by the end of next week. Meanwhile, he's a candidate and must follow all the rules of a candidate. Scalia was the end of the road for that "I'm just hanging around until we find an activist judge" song Tom is singing.
The Republicans should throw DeLay's butt in the Brazos River for what he's done. But then they'd have to skim nasty for a week.
However, if DeLay stays in the race, I'm ready to toss his butt in the loser's circle double hard"!

1. That is great news
It will be interesting to note how much of his campaign contributions have already been moved into that line item as well.

2. I think it'll be interesting when he has to explain why he has no
campaign money left this close to November.

Stories of him converting all that cash into his legal defense and golf outings should surface if anyone in the Democratic party is doing their job.

5. So does this mean that DeLay and the other whack jobs will
start railing against those "activist" judges that are trying to steal our country by not allowing him do what he wants? Has Scalia now joined the list of activist judges that needs to be taken down? They are going to be in a game of Twister trying to spin this sucker. I can only imagine the confusion over at Neocon/Christian Taliban Central (RNC), how could Scalia let them down? Doesn't he know who made the request?

Can't wait to see the filings on his "legal defense" fund (aka the slush fund for a corrupt Texan), wonder how many corporate donors are on the list?

7. COnsidering that less than 10% of his contribs. come from his DISTRICT,
I guarantee you it'll be an interesting list. And we WILL post it.

TX CONS like to file their forms on paper, versus e-filing, so Juanita Honey @ Brazos goes to the office, copies the forms, then scans them in & posts them. She's a godsend.
