4. Wanna know something? (from an old guy)
Dick Nixon was far to the left of any of these guys. Talking to China, Title IX, proposed minimum annual income.
In my wildest dreams I never thought I'd wish to see old Tricky D ever again, but today's politics make some of his stuff look wildly leftist.
I used to be very middle of the road. My views have changed little, yet now I am considered on the left fringe. Wha' happened? I was raising kids and then I wake up and I am on the fringe.

5. Except it's not, really.
It's not "left" at all.

Howard Dean got an A from the NRA and worked against same-sex marriage (or was it civil unions?) in his state.

Hillary Clinton supports this god-awful war.

And, Lamont? Well, he's just a populist. I wouldn't really call him "left" in nature.

That's just the fucking corporate media spin for you.

All those people are really left-leaning to moderate Democrats, if the truth be told.

6. How the HELL can anybody still associate Hillary with the "far left"?
IS there even a "far left" anymore? Kucinich would be a moderate in any other country, and the DLC would be the extreme right.
