He'll make an appearance in October to rattle everyone and try to scare them enough that their fears will lead them to vote for the right.

It is the considered opinion that that's what he did in October of 2004 to help Bush, and there is no reason to think that he won't do it again.

One of the open secrets that everyone in the international intelligence community knows is that every time Bush speaks, Osama's popularity goes up, and that every time Osama speaks Bush's popularity goes up.

About all I can see that we can do to counter this is to get this little factoid out into the public mind before October as a kind of inoculation.

9. You should have seen Randi Rhodes on Larry King. Some GOP ***hole

went on about how to negotiate with Hizbollah would just look like an opportunity to the terrorists. That you have to fight back when attacked..when your country is attacked by terrorists. To which Randi replied "yes, so why did we cut and run from Afghanistan.. and why are we not going after Osama bin Laden?". The GOP talk-radio ***hole had to complement her on that point.

What ever happened to that? Teaching the terrorists that it in no way pays to attack your country? .

and just today the british finding a plot to bomb planes on their way to the US...
and thats just in the last couple of months.

its being layed down thick.
not to mention how they are calling liebermans defeat as a refurendum from the left.. when really this is a nation wide disgust for incumbants.
they are trying to make the democratic party seem extremist ... which is completely ironic.
