The timing of the terrorist bust is almost obvious.

Today's events, although all of the facts are not out yet, is just very strange to me. Lieberman loses the primary and the progressives are starting to gain strength. The Neocons and Vichy Dems are soiling their pants! What happens when things like Bush slides in the polls or when one of their own loses a primary or election? Have a "terra" alert. I am sorry if some of you doubt me but I cannot help but be suspicious with this recent development.

2. I agree
Watch carefully for them condeming the democrats and throwing this ALLEGED terror plot in all our faces.

This has happened so many times before. We have seen the script before. We know it.

3. I don't think Britian is that interested in the CT primary
but it's wise to look at what else might be pushed out of the news for this. At the very least, the corpmedia whores are lapping it up and vomiting it out as per usual.

8. I think I understand what you mean

And like two months ago I wouldn't have. And if I did I wouldn't have agreed with you. But now I do, but I wish I didn't. It's a weird feeling.

5. Would it really matter what day they announced this?
I think any day any hour any second they announced this sort of development, people would be rushing to their keyboards to explain how "well I don't know any thing for sure but gosh isn't the timing suspiciuos?"

6. It may seem strange, but US and UK officials have known of it

for several months...which makes me think it isn't about the CT primary.

Sure, keeping terror on the minds of the masses is good for conservative politics.

But if you're going to carry out a fraud why not do it so it really pushes something you want?

What will the US be enabled to do if it turns out the plot was hatched by Syrians or Iranians? Remember, on rumors of Atta meeting with Iraqis in Austria they created the false link between 9/11 and Saddam Hussein.
