were made public? You know, the exact materials being used and in what ratio, how they're combined, how it's detonated (preferably with schematics), where placing the "device" would cause the most damage...
details like that.

By releasing the info, it would soon be apparent if the plot was....

A) A stupid, unworkable idea by a bunch of amatuers...

Or...

B) Something created by some imaginative individual that could actually cause some damage

4. Essentially anyone with a good knowledge of chemistry and

a knowledge of engineering could design a bomb. I don't think the exact coponents need to be published. We don't need idiots blowing off their faces testing the bomb out.
