Regarding Osama, is he still considered a threat?
Or did we just give him a get out of jail free card? He just barely gets mentioned these days, other than a grainy tape every few months. Did he orchestrate the latest 'plot'? Is he connected to it in any way, or is he persona non gratis now?

Is his absence considered sort of a victory now? How come his name wasn't included in the "Islamic Fascists" we are fighting?

How do the neo cons continually get away with their failure to get their man?

Should we just forget about Osama and move on to the next bad guy or guys?

1. No, there are no longer any threats.
Haven't you heard? We're fighting them over there so that we don't have to fight them here.

2. "I don't know where he is. You know, I just don't spend that much time
on him, Kelly, to be honest with you."

4. Osama is the only one out there who can honestly
say "mission accomplished" and feel some satisfaction that it is true.

He is now immortal, so his capture (never happen, he will take his own life first) or killing would be about as significant for the WOT as Zacharzi (or whatever his name was).

If I were good at photoshop maybe I would even put OBL's head on the picture of Bush in the flight suit and then juxtapose it with some relevant picture of the mess being made by the US.
