Why isn't Bush back in Washington handling the "terrorist" threat?

Is he rereading "My Pet Goat?" Did Darth the Dick tell him to stay put? Is it not as important as Teri Schiavo?

If the "terrorist threats" to airlines are real, why isn't The Decider in DC doing some deciding?

Could it be that there really is no threat? Or perhaps cutting brush is addictive.
