I'm Confused and "ker-fuddled"

Am I safer because the Republicans are in charge, or do I need to vote Republican because I'm scared shitless, and they're the only one's that can protect me?

Someone help me out here. I thought George was "fighting 'em over there, so we didn't need to fight 'em over here"? Are we going to attack Britain? Is Britain harboring terrists?

Seems to me like some pretty air-tight triangulation.
