Defending the Freshmaker

Look here all you fearmongers, quit dissing Mentos! They're a delicious UFO-shaped treat that I love! And they have fan-frickin-tastic commercials.

I'll come right out and say it...If you stop eating Mentos, then the terrahrists have won.

1. Yeah, but think of the danger of...

...a terraist eating sixty packs of Mentos before getting on a flight, then ordering, like, two dozen of those little Cokes from the drinks trolley on the plane and, before anyone can stop him, chugging the lot. He'd go off like an M80 and passengers would be picking bits of terraist out of their hair and unlooping his entrails from the overhead baggage racks for the rest of the flight.

Worth thinking about.

2. I'm sorry, but -- thanks to you -- I HAVE thought about it . . .

And it's not worth it.

I'm not sure my laptop case is waterproof and that's going to keep me up nights.
