I understand that they have collected donations from airline passengers and assembled a fine collection of expensive makeup, OTC medicines, and lots and lots more .....

2. Those are all potential bombs right? Otherwise why would they
have collected them. I suggest they do a full analysis of every last one of them.

3. Don't get too excited.
All the good stuff is already safely tucked away in the medicine cabinets of security staff. If you fly during the next few weeks, you'll notice the fug of expensive cologne and perfume as you approach the security checks. Also, every member of staff will be primped, preened and the women will be made up like a L'Oreal commercial. Becuase they're worth it.

7. The woman that threw away an $80 bottle of makeup, there is a bright side
...she can help revive the economy by going to her local makeup department store and buying a brand new bottle.

8. I saw same segment that 3-4 times.
More an indication of poor programming than of my general boredom last night.

Felt bad for her; whether it been a $5 tube or $80 tube, it still sucked.

10. Reminds me of Poker scene in "The Terminal" .....
...can't you just see all those airport security guys sitting around playing poker using the seized items as chips?

Here is another scene you can imagine, "Honey, I'm home .... and have I got some wonderful gifts for you?"

11. I think we may have been
the only two folks that saw the Terminal. I thought it was so funny and having been stranded in many an air port here and abroad, I took notes.
