How to shut down a wingnut in two words re: dems being weak on terror
"prove it"...

Had a conversation with one the other day...he stumbled and stumbled and was confounded as all get out. Then I said..."it's just a talking point a mile wide and an inch deep, now prove to me how repubs are tougher on terror...PROVE IT".

He couldn't.

3. They monitor the phone calls of US citizens...
they spy on anti-war demonstrators and pro-peace religious groups... they lock people up without trial, they torture them... they lie about WMD to get us to support an invasion of Iraq. I mean, George Bush has been the terrorist's best ally & recruiting tool.

What more could you want?

5. I always like to ask them
"WHERE DID YOU SERVE IN THE MILITARY?" And their response is no doubt orchestrated as well. My favorite answer to that question, (three times so far) - "I haven't served YET!"

Yeah dems are weak on terror. Lets get the fuck out of Iraq and actually fight the terrorist threat. bush and cheney and rove can rely on the incredible ignorance of their base to continue to display that ignorance, unfortunately they vote.
