AWOL Junior: Come on in. Grab a bomb. Spread some peace.
Who in the mighty hell does Bush think he`s kidding? He may as well point to a any pile of dead bodies his policies killed and say...."See those happy folks right there? They`re takin` a rest before their big victory party tonight."

A big chunk of the world is running red with blood and Bush wants us to believe we`re winning? Who`s the "we" and where`s the win? Are we suppose to just stand and clap as he loads up plane after plane with White Phosphorus? Cheer after we drop each load because it helps keep down the numbers at Gitmo?
Check a box on our tax returns so we can help pay for some extra shock collars or black hoods?

Let`s stick Bush`s little aristocratic butt in a tank and see how he fares. Maybe he could do a year-long stint at a Baghdad morgue. No rubber gloves. No room service. Maybe he could become a Body Parts Retrieval Specialist and clean up the roadsides in Iraq`s combat zones. Truth is, Bush acts like war is a Cheney Quail Shoot. Hire someone to bring in 600 quails, close your eyes, take a shot, and you`ll end up with a dozen trophies. No sweat.

Perhaps I`d be more tolerant if either fake Rambo, Bush or Cheney, had followed some of my friends through horror tunnels in Vietnam. I`d be a little nicer about it if either of them had put their money where their mouths are. They didn`t. Their collars weren`t blue enough. Instead, they used every imaginable escape route, then returned years later to lie other young men and women into combat. It sickens me and I know it sickens many of my Vietnam Vet friends. Bush and Cheney don`t know what it`s like to lay in a VA hospital staring out the window at last week`s clouds. They may think war is peace but that`s because there hasn`t been a smidgeon of sacrifice shed by the pair of them.
