"Due to the high volume of emails that our office receives we are unfortunately unable to respond to correspondence unless a proper street address is enclosed. Thank you."

Funny thing was it came from a personal AOL account, not the official account that I sent it to originally. What does that mean? Someone is using their AOL account for state business. Isn't that illegal? Or at the very least unethical?

Suggestions on responses are appreciated.

can't handle the traffic.

I route e-mail traffic on a daily basis. My Co has 3 e-mail servers, what about this clown??

Exchange 5.5, 2003, what about them?
