Scientists: Bush No Longer Considered A President
Edited on Thu Aug-24-06 10:32 PM by TwoSparkles
For Immediate Release------------

ALL POLITICAL SCIENTISTS AGREE GEORGE W BUSH NO LONGER CONSIDERED A PRESIDENT
He’s Just Too Small of Mind

WASHINGTON, DC (August 22, 2006)—--After re-defining the scientific definition of "President of the United States"---a world community of political researches and scholars has deemed that there have been 42—-not 43—-Presidents of the United States.

According to the more precise definition—-crafted by 6,000 world-renowned political heavyweights—-George W Bush fails to meet any criteria of the new definition, and is officially no longer classified as a "President."

The new definition of "President of the United States" is as follows:

"The President of the United States must be an astute leader who possesses integrity, intelligence and the ability to speak in coherent sentences. Said President should augment the nation's standing in the world, maintain its fiscal health, protect and defend the Constitution and respect the Bill of Rights. Above all, he must cherish and serve 'We the People' with grace and dignity."

"The Presidency of George W Bush has always had a question mark hanging over it, and now we know for sure that he’s not the President," said Scott Smith, a political scholar. "Officially, this country lacks a President. We can’t go in and remove him. However, it's harmless if he aimlessly orbits around the White House for a while--until we figure out what to call him."

Karl Rove, the former President’s chief advisor, called the new definition "outrageous" and “unacceptable.”

"The Bill of Rights and The Constitution are liberal constructs and a product of the liberal media. This is junk science infused with terrorism and Al-Queda-like tendencies. Why do political scientists hate America?" said Rove.

Despite the Administration’s denial, the official definition of "President" leaves George W Bush without a job at the White House; and the country without a President.

According to the latest polls and the opinions of millions of Americans—-that might not be such a bad thing--until a Democrat—-one who fits the definition of a ‘real President’--can be elected in 2008.

19. Very nice! But by those criteria there are far fewer than 42
Instead of "and" you needed to say "or," since most of Chimpy's predecessors (the elected ones) had a least one qualifying characteristic, while it has none.

23. it's a good thing presidents don't have to self-gravitate into spheres
Otherwise, we'd just be left with Taft.
