CSPAN2 @ 1:45 AM Eastern - Was the 2004 Presidential Election Stolen?
10:45 pm Pacific

This is the only airing scheduled.

Was the 2004 Presidential Election Stolen?: Exit Polls, Election Fraud, and the Official Count
Steven Freeman, Joel Bleifuss, Rep. John Conyers, Jr.

In "Was the 2004 Presidential Election Stolen?" Steven Freeman and Joel Bleifuss analyze the discrepancy between the Election Day exit polls and the official vote count. The co-authors cite vote suppression and fraud as reasons for the eight million vote difference between exit poll data and the final outcome. This event was hosted by Politics and Prose in Washington DC. The authors are joined by Rep. John Conyers, Jr. of Michigan.

Steve Freeman is a visiting scholar at the University of Pennsylvania's Center for Organizational Dynamics. Joel Bleifuss is the editor of "In These Times" and has had numerous articles cited as Top Censored Stories of the Year by Project Censored.

1. Are you sure?! I thought it was on tomorrow, too.
I don't know. This may be just too much reality all in one night. Ack.

6. I'm in. For some reason, my tivo isn't liking me, won't record
and keeps "retrieving date" so real time is what I have tonight. Want to hear Steve, for sure. :)

2. Thanks for the heads up. Is this a repeat? Usually they schedule first run
more prominantly and save these early AM slots for repeats. K & R

3. I find no evidence it aired before.
no link to video in the archives, google doesn't come up with anything.
However, I think this was taped back in June, so it's entirely possible. I don't remember seeing it.

I've noticed that certain shows only get time slots like this, then sometimes they will repeat in a week or two in better timeslots.

51. They have the option of not showing it at all...
they could be like Fox News and never even mention the questions about the 2004 election. I'm grateful to C-Span for showing the things they show even if it means staying up late to watch it.
