You know, it could be me, but i get the feeling that the release of FOX
journalists is being handled very low key. Is it because there was behind the scenes "negotiation?" Or is it because these men seem to be generally sympathetic to the Palestinian cause?

4. All that matters
is how it's portrayed on Fox News itself. That's what the base watches.

16. One bets they won't be attacking their journos as they did Jill Carroll
for wearing "Muslim" attire. Or their taped "conversion" to Islam.

13. Cause of the day
The wingnuts are in dire need of red meat for their base.
Israel went to war over two kidnapped soldiers.

I have no evidence; just intuition.
But I should add, my intuition is usually pretty spot on.

15. But Fox News did a minimal amount of coverage...
...of the kidnapped reporters while they were gone.

6. It could have been that a bunch of dipstick amateurs kidnapped them
There are instances of kidnapping for ransom that are largely unreported. They might have grabbed them, not knowing who they were, thinking they were unknown putzes that had families who would shell out a hundred grand or so.

Ooopsie! We grabbed the wrong sumbitches!

9. I gotta feeling that Fox News owes Jessie Jackson big time and
better think twice about dogging him in the future.

10. Probably because they paid a ransom and our government
(which claims they don't pay ransoms) wants the story to go away. Fox and our government - both liars cut from the same cloth..

12. Probably because the Whore media, especially FAUX despises Jesse Jackson
And the last thing they want to see is him get any public credit for getting these guys released. Assuming that is what happenned, since they obviously didn't get released until he went over there.
