How much are we spending now?

5. inside beltway
No wonder everyone inside the beltway seems to drive a new car these days. I was there for a day last month (10 hr layover at Dulles, coming in from Buenos Aires), and I toured the city (and my old alma mater) via train and bus. New cars everywhere. Would not like to live in the DC area once the Dems regain power. Even if the pugs retain power, they'll eventually have to cut spending.
