fair tax = sales tax. So, you can move all the income you want out of the US, as long as you pay taxes on what you spend in the US. So, if your money is outside the country, wouldn't it make sense that your spending could be too and you avoid federal taxes all together. Just have a barebones operation in the US to run your business and to sleep in when you are in the country and station your ass outside the country most of the time and skate the system.
