ROFL! Chimp trying to pronounce 'totalitarianism' on local news

I recorded this directly off the local news, it hasn't been diddled AFAIK...for sure not by me.
Dialup warning...Media player handles it okay but my Quicktime wouldn't not sure why it's a 5 MB
MPG video.

He actively makes me glaze over the way a really long set of instructions on an answering machine does...

It does play with my WMP but I prolly fucked something up. He says something like
