When the levees broke: Soledad O'Brien's apologies for disaster

There were many disturbing things about this documentary but the part of the whole thing that sticks in my craw was Soledad O'Brien's segment.

She reported from the Super Dome area and there were bodies laying in the streets. She returned two days later and there was one body in the same place unmoved.

Her response? This is just how chaotic things are that a dead guy in the middle of the street didn't get cleaned up was because there were "sooo many other priorities."

1. She is just an idiot pretending to be Irish! I turn the channel

immediately when I find her on.

Reporters should simply report and not make commentary. We are quite able to think for ourselves.

O'Brien's father is an Australian of Irish descent and her mother is Afro-Cuban.
