2. I think so.
It smacks of the "some people say" technique of spreading lies and falsehoods. Especially when the "please help" post is a simple cut and paste of easily recognized freeper madness.

I've hit the alert button 3 million 400 times. Indeed it is my friend...but with posts like the ones I mentioned, it aint easy to delete them.
