I never dieted a day in my life. On Aug 18, I was 220# when my Doc gave me blood test results that convinced me I needed to lose some weight.
Almost exactly one month later, I am 195#. It really isn't that hard. All you have to do is stop eating so much food. The only hard part is finding places to eat that dan't insist on giving you 2000 calories for every meal.
