Who's measuring the success of any pursuit? Especially FIVE YEARS after the promise to CATCH him?

He's either captured, or he's not. That's all that matters, and five years after the promise, bush has failed miserably.

14. Maybe it's my cynicism at work here....
but since I don't trust this administration on anything, I'm of the opinion that Osama (or a look-alike) may have already been caught or killed, and will be trotted out sometime between mid to late October to achieve the mid-term results they want? I'm not one who easily buys into conspiracy theories, but mistrust has made me....
