Why'd you delete the post? Is the 'bill' a piece of satire...
...or is it real?

3. Not satire...
but actually a section from our past, with a few things changed to make it look new.

2. That is effing frightening!
Especially this part -

"...whoever, when the United States is at war, shall willfully utter, print, write, or publish any disloyal, profane, scurrilous, or abusive language about the form of government of the United States, or the Constitution of the United States, or the military or naval forces of the United States, or the flag or the uniform of the Army or Navy of the United States."

So as long as the US is at war, and of course the US will ALWAYS be at war, it will not only be "unpatriotic" to criticize the government or anything to do with the government - it will be illegal. This it it folks, there's no longer any need to hate us for our freedom - freedom is over.
