Work-in-Progress: God Forgive The USA


I'm going to buy a balloon to put inside the hood and keep the head upright. I think that will make a big difference.



Also, I made this with a $2.50 Ninja Turtle kite for a frame, so I think it will be light enough to fly beneath a 36" Helium Balloon.

It will shrink (air escapes) over time. Maybe a soccer ball?

4. I just used a paper plate, and it seemed to do the trick.


Eventually, I want to fly it about 50 feet up in the air using a Helium balloon, alongside the highway.
