As I have been saying for some time now, journalists will be called to testify - and without ANY protection - about what they knew about Valerie Plame and when they knew it. Plame was NOT covert, no matter what the CIA says. More than a dozen journalists in Washington knew she worked at the agency long before Robert Novak published his column. Each of them will have the opportunity to confirm that UNDER OATH in the very near future.

However, once counsel from the opposing side started his questioning of the witness, Guckert seemed to change his attitude ;( .

As the cross-examination continued :spank: , Guckert broke down on the stand :cry: , and had to be 'assisted' from the courtroom.

baiting Wilson with. Was it the Air Force One Memo? It might make for an interesting story how an ex-gay callboy posing as a journalist got access to a classified "internal governmental memo" before anyone else did.

He should be careful what he wishes for. As I recall, Jeff/Jim told some conflicting stories about that 'memo'.

Let's see if I can remember off the top of my head. He mentioned it to Joe Wilson in the interview and 'gave the impression' that he had seen it.

He then boasted about it on Freerepublic, as though he had had some 'special' access that the rest of us don't have.

He caved on that when the FBI came knocking on his door, and told them he didn't have special access, he 'read it in the newspaper'.

Only problem was, the memo wasn't mentioned in any newspaper until October of that year.

Which brings us to his blog entry about a year ago, when he changed his story again, giving a date on which he stated he had the information and which preceded the first news story that had mentioned the memo. It's hard to keep track of a lie, once you tell it.

I think on his blog he stated that he had the information in September of that year.

So, if Fitz has been keeping track of all this, he might be wondering how a male prostitute, posing as a journalist, got to see a secret memo before it was known to exist, even by the press?

I know there are records of his blog entry on that somewhere. Joe Wilson was asked about it, but didn't remember the exact date of the Jeff interview.

I personally would LOVE to see him under oath. The Feds might think he lied to them when he said 'I read it in the paper' condsidering his blog entry.

What a pathetic joke these hirelings of the extreme right to spread their vile propaganda are. But then, who else would take their money? :puke:
