Why Didn't Clinton Do More To Stop Mark Foley?
Edited on Mon Oct-02-06 04:27 PM by Yavin4
Again, the Clinton admin should have been aware that Rep. Mark Foley was a pedophile, and they should have done more to stop him. Why didn't he?

:sarcasm:

20. Clinton really.... IS.... responsible. After all, Foley's solisitation....
occurred just a few years after Clinton left office and Clinton didn't leave a plan for Bush to follow in the event that Republican congressmen pursued underage pages.

4. Damn good point.
Foley's been around since 1994. By my count, Clinton had six years to hunt down and smoke out Foley. If he had just done his job, we wouldn't be in the mess we're in now. Clenis is all-powerful.

10. I Heard That The FBI Had Foley Surrounded
but Clinton didn't give the order to take him out.

Are there no men in Washington?

19. I didn't need the "scarcasm" thing, that was hilarious.
However, I wouldn't be surprised to hear it from the RW noise machine or out of the mouth and empty brain of some dittohead.

7. Sandy Berger never lifted a finger to stop Foley
And that allowed him to become an ever-growing danger that the Bush administration was helpless to stop. If Clinton had been doing his job, no 16 year old page would have been asked about his masturbatory habits. And if Clinton DID do something about it, it was only to distract people from Monicagate.

23. Rumor has it....
That the Clinton Whitehouse Counter-Pedophilia Czar is feverishly penning a tell-all book that will "blow" the lid off this serious case of Clinton malfeasance.

8. Mark Foley
I am sorry but that made me laugh. Pedophilia is not a laughing matter but it has beocme so normal to blame everything on Clinton.

If Clinton didn't force Foley into the closet, the GOP could've weeded out their growing list of pedophiles long ago.

For the challenged: :sarcasm:

15. The Clenis turned Foley gay
And by default, he also became a pedophile, since being gay is the same thing

21. Foley was so outraged at Clinton's behavior he turned gay. Think the
repugs are going to use that one.
