I'm not really in favor of WikiVandalism, but...
What if we scoured Wikipedia looking for references to "Civil War," and changed all of them to "Sectarian Conflict"?

I'm not saying it would be a good idea to do this. But if someone were to do this, then I think it would be important to put an "expiration date" on Operation: Sectarian Conflict-- say, November 3rd?

2. That's also a good idea. Should also link to it from every civil war...
So that every Civil War article says, "See Sectarian Conflict."

Although a more aggressive program would have more impact, I wouldn't want to turn this into the sort of thing that claims elephant populations have quadrupled over the past ten years.

Still, somewhere between a full-scale assault on the word "civil war" throughout Wiki and just adding a "see also" page must be a balance between being a total asshole and being too meek.
