Big deal.. a gay man lusted after a teen-aged male
Straight guys turn their heads and leer at teen-aged girls too..

BUT,...... BUT......BUT.....

pursuing them for sexual gratification is wrong..and we all know it...

the fact that Foley liked boys is a no-brainer.. I understand that..

he had NO business pursuing them...

that's the bottom line (no pun intended)

1. And therein lies a world of difference
Not to mention, Congress is basically "in loco parentis" as far as the pages are concerned. So this is much more than "straight guys turn their heads and leer at teen-aged girls..". More like a teacher trying to seduce a student.
