Oops, John didn't get the GOP talking points yet. I appreciate his statement, made on LKL. Absolutely refuted Foley's actions, unlike the Republican apologists and those that covered it up.

He also mentions, though, that he is grateful that Foley never got to these kids to have sex with them, and I certainly think that is a stretch at this point.

And having his sons name attached to that bill, i am sure Mr Walsh felt very betrayed.

SAID that foley had been abused when he was 12 or 13 and that abuse at that age would not make him a pedophile, that to become a pedophile he would have had to have been abused at a much earlier age.

the man (meaning foley) wanted to know how much the kid (or kids) organ measured, he wanted to know if they were aroused, he wanted to know if they did it alone, or with someone else, and how and when.

and that, is not pedophilia?

12. Yeah i almost puked today listening to Pat Buchanan.
That was his whole schtick on Tweety tonight. I have said it already to day and i'll say it again. I am not the most homosexually friendly person in the world, and i found it all pretty offensive. It's not our fault, it's the queers, oh my the scary queers! People even saying maybe gays should not even be allowed to run for office....Jeez! It is still we the people right? That would include gays to, last i checked they were people to.

I hate to think of the damage this has done to the gay communities image.

I think he is taking the "press conference" today at face value, and he is a friend of Foley's but this is wishful thinking at this point.
