How about Hobbs Act violations for Foley, et al??
Haven't some of the pages said they didn't come forward before now for fear that their political careers would be ruined?

Extortion under color of official right occurs when an agent of the government uses his or her legitimate governmental powers to obtain an illegitimate objective. For example, a police officer may have the authority to revoke a driver's license but he cannot offer to forego the legitimate exercise of his power in exchange for sexual favors from the driver.

I want them to face felonies and the conspiracy to coverup the misuse of office is just as criminal as the misuse of office to obtain sexual favors or gratification. If the pages were lead to believe they would be ruined if they reported the behavior, that is an abuse of office, using the color of the office to extort.

AND if the RNC received a campaign contribution to keep the matter private and protected, then that too is extortion.

I'm doing good, :hi:

6. I think that he waited until after they left their paging service
befroe he started emailing them. Thus, by the time he did this there was no supervisor/subordinate relations.

What they mean is they refer to networking where one needs to nurture the ties that were forged during their service for them to start their own political career.

7. I understand that, but I am not sure
the distinction is that great, could a cop clean your record or lock you up forever, or does the position he holds lead one to believe he can.

I would be a fascinating case to try for both the prosecution and the defense.
