Professors and scholars of Iraq are being targeted and assassinated
Edited on Wed Oct-04-06 01:19 AM by shance
Many are contending it's the US Government behind these targeted assasinations.

The US Government/White House have refused to investigate or pursue any leads into the specific murders of these educators.

I heard this on KPFK this afternoon. Was one more time, horrified at what this Administration is doing in our name.

I haven't seen other information on it. If anyone has any, please post it here.

Thank you.

3. Based on the theory....
...that what is really desired for Iraq, and in reality they have achieved, is that Iraq be immersed in total chaos. Kinda makes sense seeing how they've gone about the whole thing, eh?

5. After the looting and pillaging of Iraq's history following Shock & Awe,
the Iraqi people will gradually have no one who remembers. Destroying a nation's identity is the first step to owning it.

6. There is another aspect to that.
Obviously this will create a vacuum of intelligent thought and discussion. This could work out well for us in the sense a puppet regime of our choosing could stay in power for a reasonable amount of time. Thereby guaranteeing a cheap and steady flow of oil. Or it could work out the opposite way in the sense that the people will look to the strongest and usually most violent groups to seize power. Who will undoubtedly connect with the anger and hatred of the people against the west - ex. Iran. Either way it will continue to be an extremely bloody area to live in.

8. Last week they rounded up the staff of electronics stores
and killed them all. A couple weeks ago they rounded up bakers, before that garbagemen. This is not provocation, it is civil war.
