Since the Supposed Election of 2000, in which we all learned that the Supreme Court gets to pick the President, we've seen 1984, The Handmaid's Tale, Brave New World and Through The Looking-Glass become reality. All our phone calls, emails and Internet(s) activity are routinely monitored. The Bill of Rights has succumbed to Planned Obsolescence, Congress has ceded all its powers to the Executive, corporations run the government, machines do our voting for us and we have always been at war with Iraq.

Every single day now, we learn something--as cold, hard fact--that used to fall safely under the heading of "My God, they couldn't do THAT. It's just too crazy!" Well, as it turns out, they CAN and it's NOT. With each news cycle, I see again that I'm not paranoid after all: this shit is coming true! Problem is, here lately I don't think I'm paranoid ENOUGH. I gotta start Dreaming Big. To wit:

There REALLY IS a government agency tasked with the kidnapping, sexual abuse and murder of young white women--just so it'll get all over "the news" and distract us from the Actual Nasty Shit that's going on in Washingtoon. And this agency is able to Adapt And Overcome. When missing blondes don't do the trick, it will not hesitate to awaken a zombie and send it to shoot up a school or abduct a sleeping 12-year-old from the safety of her home.

There REALLY WILL BE no more elections in this country. The Regime will perpetrate another Terra Tack just close enough to Election Day--say, HALLOWEEN--to allow Cheney to tell bu$h that Martial Law needs to be declared for the "safety of the American people." And the attack will be explained by NIEs that "prove" that the terrists were emboldened by the Treasonous Rhetoric of--you guessed it--the DEMOCRATS!

The US is REALLY PLANNING to wage war on Iran, regardless of the fact that we don't have enough remaining troop strength to change a light bulb. Modern wars REALLY ARE all about corporate profits, after all.

Pod People, or Reptiles, or shape-shifting aliens, or whatever you wanna call 'em, REALLY DO EXIST and they are all over the Government with the highest concentration in the White House. And they REALLY DO want us all dead or mute.

I would have never believed it if 10 years ago someone would have predicted the future to be like it is.
I would have said no no the American people would never stand for this but they did and they do.

Now with every new turn they have done something that out does the last outrageous action and you think, It can't get any worse.
