Georgia Mom Seeks Ban on 'Evil' Harry Potter
ATLANTA — A suburban county that sparked a public outcry when its libraries temporarily eliminated funding for Spanish-language fiction is now being asked to ban Harry Potter books from its schools.

Laura Mallory, a mother of four, told a hearing officer for the Gwinnett County Board of Education on Tuesday that the popular fiction series is an "evil" attempt to indoctrinate children in the Wicca religion

I just had to wander over to Faux to check out how they were spinning the Foley crap. And I found this little tidbit. I thought I'd post it to give folks a laugh.

I hope hope hope that if and when I go batshit fucking nuts that I have the good grace and sense to sit and drool in a corner and not inflict my lunacy on everyone else.

4. Wonder if she's friends with the nutcase in Dallas who
got a teacher fired because her kid saw a naked statue on a field trip to an art museum.

Couldn't the US set aside some land in the middle of the desert for these turkeyasses so they could keep their narrow-minded idiocy among themselves rather than inflicting it on the rest of us?

17. ..odd followon story
ATLANTA - A suburban woman has died when a flying ball became lodged in her throat whilst
denouncing the game Quiddich. Gwinnett County, not formerly known as a center for flying
balls, has been under investgation by the Homeland Security StormTroopers in an effort to
stamp out all magic and wonder.

The 4 children of the woman, who's identity is yet to be released pending the notification of
the owner of the flying ball, each were very excited by the flying ball, and were very
interested in going to London to see if they could find evidence of Hogwarts.

19. Harry Potter is just the latest...
The older ones here will remember the attacks against D&D, Tolkein, and even C.S. Lewis.
