Osama is panicked too!
I bet he is going, "Damn, if the repubs lose in November they might impeach my friend bush, that would not be good, I need him! Perhaps I had better cause something big NOW to boost his numbers up".

10. nothing essential changes
it really doesn't matter which party is in charge of the presidency as far as foreign policy goes - it is ruled by 2 factors:

1. the MIC.
2. corporate interests.

no movement on I/P. military bases across the globe. addiction to petroleum. economic oppression of other countries through the world bank & IMF.

al queda would only miss bush in that he is a terrible chess opponent.
