Halliburton's Cut and Run from Iraq Unit, KBR

Now is not the time for Halliburton to cut and run from its responsibilities in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, etc. - the President says "stay the course," after all.

As set forth in today's filing, I intend to file for injunctive relief, if necessary, to seek to stop Halliburton's Directors from spinning off KBR.
