that something cannot be done because we are not good enough, or
strong enough, or rich enough, or young enough or thin enough, or
anything else enough. It is only when we boldly declare, "I am
enough!" that we are able to step from the shadow and into the
light of a beautiful new day.

is something I've been working on for quite awhile now. Although I know the many causes, have a supportive spouse who truly believes in me and by nature tend to be a positive person, there is not a day that I don't have to fight to overcome the self doubt and insecurity.
