Democracy Now Don't miss Jeff Cohen about cable's right
agenda. He says what we have deducted. Confirmation of what you already figured out about the political slant of the cable shows and their blatant war against liberals.

Also, see/hear the Minuteman author/leader walk out. Garcia of the caucus that protested the agenda of the Militiaman presents their side.

2. Yes, amazing - the more we know about those who have
declared war on us in our own country - i.e., our current leaders - the less we need to fear.

It is very clear that there were many meetings between GE Murdoch Time Warner and the Republican Party. The orders came down from corporate ceo's. These companies are partners with the Republican Party and Democrats and liberals are only useful for attack and as fodder for possible transformation to obedient, loyal lemmings.

I spent so many hours sitting in front of the tv in the early 90's trying to prove to myself that what I was seeing and hearing was real. I was also watching what I was observing from the Simpson trial from a different angle.

I was one miserable person because I was sure of what I was observing, but had no one who grasped what I was talking about or didn't care - it was more important to discuss some antic from one of the shows.

It took me a long time while I kept watching because I didn't want to believe it. . I finally stopped, but I still watch the NBCs to see if they are still blatant. I focus in on them more than the others because I truly believe in decades past that they were a balanced, journalistic company. (Who knows - I don't trust our history at all, anymore.)

Watching the cables helped me branch out in trying to figure out what was going on behind the scenes and what a vast networks it took to do what they were trying to do - take our Constitution away - hand us over to the reverends - hide the profiteering from war, raw fear, and weaponry and toys - most of all - make us thing we lived in a democracy.

The coverage of the Simpson trial made me see how NBC helped in an attempt to demean and destruct the legal system including some of Honorable lawyers and judges. There attacks against jurors and witnesses was unbelievable. The way they manufactured rabid guest experts paved the way for the plan to destroy Clinton.. Serious legalists turned in to clowns and shills. The clown performances of the DA and Marcia were atrocious. I can't even remember their names now.

I think of GE, Murdoch, and TIme Warner as super-major destroyers of our country. They have nothing to do with journalism except to use the shell and the veins.
