republicans are definitely the MOST Hateful
And when they are cornered like they are now, they can no longer hide their rage, the first thing they do is throw insults, then they call Democrats hateful and clueless.

Imagine them calling us hateful. Sure we hate bush, but the hatred they spit at the Clintons is new to politics, a hatred that only amplifies with time. To this day, they attack Bill and Hillary as if they were Nazi war criminals, which is exactly what THEY themselves are.

Some say, don't be a hater, its bad for you, and for everyone, but I slightly disagree, there is a place for hate, and suppressing it is even more unhealthy in my opinion. Of course you don't want hate to consume you or you end up like timmy mcveigh, in hell.

I have never heard the republicans sound more hateful than the ones who are in the bush neocon cult, and make no mistake, it is a political cult. The haters are cultists, and they are on the brink of total eric rudolph meltdown.

Their hatred is based mostly on losing, as if it were a football game, I'm right, you're wrong, I hate you.

1. Yes! I've thought about the football game analogy too--the Rethugs
have encouraged their supporters to bring the same emotional expectations to politics as they would to a football game--no wonder they can't solve problems, and can only keep repeating cheers 'n' jeers ("talking points"). It's all about governing through emotion, not thought.

3. I do think we need to sreserve our hatred for the
leaders and pundits who do the most harm, though.

I don't know, even at that hatred seems corrosive and not entirely a good thing. "He who fights too long against dragons becomes a dragon himself; and if you gaze too long into the abyss, the abyss will gaze into you." - Friedrich Nietzsche

Would it be better to be aroused by a desire for justice, for basic human decency?

Or is justice simply vengeance dressed in finer robes?

7. Their followers are hateful & mean too.
This weekend I was running errands & one of those huge diesel pickup trucks pulled up behind me at a traffic light. Guess he didn't like my bumper stickers. He followed me down the highway right on my bumper. If I'd have braked he would have hit me. I turned into my neighborhood & he followed me. No way I was going to let the a-hole see where I lived. When I'd stop at a stop sign I could see him gesturing wildly at me. I couldn't believe how pissed he was over some bumper stickers! So I drove over to the police station with the jerk right on my tail. So I turned into the parking lot & he followed. Then I drove to the rear of the building where are the cop cars are parked & he realized where he was & roared around me, flipping me off & calling me some name. These guys are out of control & very scary.
